Nature Therapy
I support you in solving or overcoming problems or challenges through contact with nature. These approaches combine the benefits of nature experiences with those of coaching or therapy and can help reduce stress, regulate emotions, improve social skills, and develop greater self-awareness. Through exercises and reflections, I can help my clients better understand and process their thoughts and emotions.

Walk & Talk
I offer walk-and-talk therapy, a unique form of outdoor therapy that combines coaching, physical activity and contact with nature. My clients may engage in this therapy for a variety of reasons, such as enjoying nature, having difficulty sitting still during traditional therapy sessions or preferring a less formal format. Sessions begin by meeting at a pre-arranged location, and the client sets the pace of the walk. My walking and talking therapy can help treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, stress, anger and grief.

It is important to note that nature coaching or therapy does not replace formal psychological treatment but rather is considered a complementary or supportive technique. It is essential to talk to a qualified therapist or psychiatrist if you have a diagnosed mental disorder.
