My offer: Three paths to new clarity
1. BWRT® Reprogramming impulses and actions
Have you ever wondered why you react and act before you even realise it? Neuroscience shows that an impulse often triggers a reaction before it is linked to an emotion in the limbic system and finally reaches our consciousness.
With BWRT®, we work directly at this source, in the millisecond gap between stimulus and response. It’s like a software update for your nervous system: instead of laboriously trying to control or manage the “water” from a bubbling garden hose, which symbolically represents your response, we work directly at the tap. We replace the old impulse with a new, adjustable “tap” that reacts exactly as you want it to. In this way, we change the process where it originates—quickly, logically, and highly efficiently.
2. Mindfulness-based & therapeutic photography
In this approach, we use photography as a tool for cognitive deceleration and attention control. It is not about technique, but about conscious perception of the here and now. By changing the perspective behind the camera, we train the ability to gain distance from our own issues, promote resilience, and clarify our self-image through visual reflection. A creative way to refocus and find mental clarity.
3. Psychological Counselling & Systemic Thinking
Change never happens in isolation. I support you in analysing your individual challenges in the context of your life circumstances and relationships. With a clear focus on solutions, we develop strategies for dealing with stress, periods of upheaval, or professional blockages. I accompany you in your personal realignment.

Mindful Photography
Mindful Photography has many benefits, including:
- Being present: promotes positivity, reduces anxiety, and improves, while dwelling on the past or future can trigger negativity.
- Slow down: When we are stressed, we tense up and aren’t ‘receptive’ to the finer things that make life worth living.
- Awe and beauty reduce stress levels, increase cytokine levels, and promote happiness. Cultivating wonder requires openness and a beginner’s mind.
- Sharing in a judgment-free environment creates connectedness, which has healing properties.
- Strengthening self-care and self-compassion
- (Self-) reflection & personal development – getting to know yourself better and gaining new insights
- Can serve as certainty anchors against fear and anxiety – while too much focus on creating security impedes our ability to act in the moment.
- Face life where it is: Accepting situations to have the mental capacity to move forward.
- New Perspectives to win and choices to cultivate
- Enjoying the Process and not focusing on the result (there is no right or wrong)
The interactive programme combines simple meditation exercises, exploration and reflection with plenty of space to try out. It offers a safe space where trust can be built and minimises stress. Therapeutic photography is used to create a comfortable space that facilitates sharing stories. More

Certified Psychologist | BWRT® | Change of Perspective & Resilience | Mindful Photography
As a certified psychologist, I combine systemic approaches with BWRT® and mindful photography. My focus is on combining highly efficient neural regulation with conscious perception.
Life has taught me that development rarely follows a linear path. Everything is interconnected; every change at one point inevitably triggers processes elsewhere. This systemic perspective is the basis of my work: we never view challenges in isolation, but always in the context of our life circumstances and relationships. To keep these healthy, reflecting on your own actions and consciously changing your perspective is often the decisive step.
In my therapeutic work, I use BWRT® to resolve entrenched emotional reactions directly at their source. Mindful photography is the ideal complement to this: it allows you to slow down in the here and now and sharpen your powers of observation.
The language beyond words. For me, photography is much more than a medium; it is a nonverbal form of expression when words often fail. Neurobiology shows us that the deepest parts of our brain, such as the limbic system, communicate not in words but in images. Through images, we can express, understand, and transcend what remains elusive to pure rationality. They have the power to connect us with our deepest levels and thus have invaluable therapeutic value.
A change of perspective not only changes the image but also the way we perceive the world, process experiences, and tap into new sources of strength.
“I speak through my photographs more intricately, more deeply than with words.” — Richard Avedon
“If we change the lens with which we see the world, a different future becomes possible.”
Are you ready for a creative journey?
You don’t have to travel far. Take a vacation on your doorstep – learn to see and see things as if you are seeing them for the very first time. Find the extraordinary in the ordinary and let go of the cliches associated with it. There is still so much beauty to (re)discover and connect with.
